Bullying and harassment is any behaviour that's intended to humiliate or undermine a person in some way. At work, it's most likely to take one or more of the following forms: ignoring a person and/or excluding them from activities; making verbal insults or banter; horseplay; making baseless accusations; and physical incidents, e.g. accidental pushing.
