Who is Responsible

Your Business Guide Ltd is normally the controller for account, subscription, purchase, access, support and service-administration information. Where access is supplied by a membership body, solicitor, HR provider, association, chamber, reseller or white-label partner, that organisation may separately control information it uses for its own purposes. Its privacy notice will also apply.

What the Service is

YourHR.guide is a guidance, template, document, video and HR-resource platform. It is not intended to be an employee database or HR case-management system. Users should not upload detailed employee records or sensitive HR case information unless a specific feature or arrangement expressly permits this.

Payments and Sharing

Online payments are managed through Stripe. YourHR.guide does not directly store full payment-card details. We may share relevant information with the organisation through which access is supplied, authorised Practical HR Ltd personnel, developers, hosting and technical providers, Stripe, finance providers, approved communications systems, professional advisers and authorities where required.

Stripe processes payment-card information under its own privacy and security arrangements. We may retain transaction references, purchase details, subscription status and accounting records.

Retention and Transfers

Account and service records are kept for the subscription or access period and then for as long as required for contractual, accounting, legal, security and dispute purposes. Core platform hosting is intended to be UK-based. Any approved overseas processing or access will use appropriate safeguards.

YourHR.guide may use essential cookies and, where enabled, optional analytics or similar technologies. Further information and available choices are provided through our cookie notice or consent tool.

Your Rights

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, the Data Processing Terms also apply and form part of the relevant agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in this website and its software, design, branding, text, guidance, templates, policies, documents, videos, training materials and other content belong to Practical HR Ltd, Your Business Guide Ltd or their respective licensors.

Website and platform content may only be used in accordance with the applicable Terms of Business, subscription, licence or written permission.
